I first saw this TVB show on Osaka and the host (Helen To) introduced this restaurant, Uogashi Nipponichi Grand Front Osaka, in Osaka.
The show is “Osaka Unlock” and Japan “travel expert” Helen To sent to Osaka. She continues on her crazy journey in discovering the latest food, shopping and fun places! This is not the first time I used her tips. The previous time I used her tip was in Tokyo where we visited the Cafe Kalia Shibuya.

The shop she recommended is Uogashi Nipponichi at Grand Front Osaka.
The address was in the TVB show too.
She introduced the restaurant with the usual food photos that made us all dying to go and eat 🙂

The shop we visited is at Grand Front Osaka. Which is right next to Osaka-Umeda Station.
Uogashi Nipponichi Grand Front Osaka is on the fourth floor and we found it easily.

As explained in the TVB show, this shop gets its produce from a particular kind of fishing farm. Every fish has a certificate (the feeling of eating a fish that has a Birth Certificate is really weird).
