  1. Hi Pat,

I miss Tokyo. I was there for 2 months for training a few years ago and I stayed at a service apartment in Azabu Juban. I enjoyed myself so much. But i am kicking myself now, coz I did not take much pictures then.

And I agree with you, weekend at Shibuya is quite an 'eye opener'.

Anyway, how about showing us Geek Central – Akihabara!? Any plans for that?

  2. Wow.. 2 months in Tokyo.. I will die for that πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚ SO JEALOUS ! HA HA

Next trip ? I this trip too rush.. never go Akihabra…

  3. Hi Pat,

Yah, 2 months was still not enough. Most of my weekends was spent in Akihabara. You must must must go there next time. It is really for the 'otaku'. But sadly, 99% of the gadgets are for domestic usage. The export stuff are located in one small corner of these shops.

The other place that I remember vividly is the Yasukuni Shrine. There is a museum next to it and I wanted to find out what the controversy is all about. And it is true, the Japanese still feel that they are liberating Asia during World War 2. They have very nice displays though.
