Installed a very interesting FREE Mac App, Lock Screen 2. You can find it on the Mac App Store.
Basically it allows for quick locking of your Mac (a bit like Windows). Typically you can use CMD+L for a quick lock and then set up your own way of unlocking. It looks like an iPhone lock screen and many a times, I nearly reached out to touch the screen to try to unlock ! 🙂
I love the fact I can choose my own screen so I chose the most ironical one.. a picture taken from a plane ride. I hate plane rides:
The amount of preferences are quite good. In fact, originally, you unlock by sliding your fingers (aka iPhone sliding) over the KEYBOARD. But in the preferences, you can change it to slide (in combination with other keys) using your track pad. That’s one good change you should do.
