Citadines Connect City Centre Day Stay is a recent day stay I did at this pretty well located hotel in Dhoby Ghaut area. It does not look too exciting on the front but the rooms are very cool and Muji like !
As usual, I booked through Dayuse app. Although I booked the Superior Queen Room, I was upgraded to the Deluxe Zipper King room. So the photos here might be different from your day stay room ?

Prices have gone up so much and the wonderful period was during the Covid period where I could get $100 for a room at the amazing Vagabond Hotel.
Location of Citadines Connect City Centre
This is quite close to Dhoby Ghaut MRT station and indeed it is also close to good shopping centres such as Plaza Singapura and Park Mall. So based on location, this is a pretty nice and easy day stay location.
Parking for Citadines Connect City Centre
There is NO parking at this hotel. The closest parking is at Singapore Shopping Centre, which honestly is a dinky dark parking place. If you are lucky, there are road side parking but these are taken up very early in the morning.

There is an automated check in and check out machine too. I used the machine to check out and it was pretty easy. After that, I received a bill/receipt through my email.
Swimming Pool for Citadines Connect City Centre
This is a very small pool right at the top of the hotel. With an even smaller gym 🙂
The gym is in a small enclosed space “overlooking” the pool.

The mini bar is free. That means you can eat all you can…
Except there is only a few drinks inside the fridge.. but not bad already !
There is a nice sofa with table next to the bed for working.. that’s why you are in a day stay right 🙂
The toilets are pretty decent too !
Citadines Connect City Centre Day Stay : To Stay or Not to Stay
The lack of a free parking offer is pretty sticky point for me but if you don’t drive or don’t want to drive, it is not an issue as it is near to MRT station.
For 11am to 6pm, the price is also not very cheap but I guess that’s the way generally for day stays.
Overall a decent choice for a day stay right at the heart of Orchard Road.
