Enjoyed using my Fitbit Zip a lot. Really made myself do a lot more walking. For example, as the day comes to a close and I realised that I am only reaching about 9K steps, I will deliberately walk a few rounds in the carpark just to clock 10,000 πŸ™‚

The Fitbit Zip was good but quite expensive. The cheapest fitness tracker (with even sleep tracking) is Xiaomi Mi Band. It was quite difficult to get one initially but now it is much easier. Only got black one though when I ordered.

I don’t like the Xiaomi Mi Band iPhone app though. As compared to Fitbit app, it really pales in comparison. It looks so amateur and not inspirational πŸ™‚

The cable on the right is the charging cable. So you have to remove the tracker from the band and then put into the charging cable and use a USB to charge it. Fitbit Zip uses a replacement battery that you can buy off shelf
