Taunton Farm Holiday Park Margaret River Perth

As explained, when driving a camper van, you will need to stop at a camper van site every night for electricity, fresh water and getting rid of grey water (and possibly black water).

Over the course of my trip, I stayed in a few camper van sites (in Perth Vineyard, in Wave Rock, in Wagin, in Margaret River etc), but the best must be Taunton Farm Holiday Park. The Taunton Farm Holiday Park in Margaret River is a very beautiful park and really a good starting base to explore Margaret River wineries and food places. E.g. it is very near to Margaret River Dairy Company and my favourite Margaret River Chocolate Company. You will find this a great place to go and enjoy the wine and food at Margaret River and rest for the night and repeat the next few days till you are fat and happy :). For the right time in the year, you can also use this base to drive to Augusta to see whales ?

One thing to make sure you know is that the Taunton Farm Holiday Park is not just for camper van but they also have cottages for people to stay over (e.g. if you are driving a normal car and need a place for the night).

For the kids, this place is like heavens. There is this huge playground with a very large inflatable jumping pillow.

Just look at the list of things to do.

The next special thing ? It is literally a farm too. You can feed the cows, the goats etc..
