Pullman Singapore Orchard is a 5 star hotel right at the heart of Orchard Road, very close to Apple Store in Orchard Road and opposite the Paragon Shopping Centre. Pullman Singapore Orchard is also within 5 minutes walk to Orchard and Somerset MRT stations and is 5 minutes from Mount Elizabeth Hospital which explains quite a fair number of Indonesians who were staying at the hotel when we were there.

Pullman Orchard Singapore : My Free Stay due to AMEX
It is also an Accorplus hotel and as a DBS Vantage Card Holder as well as a AMEX Business Card Holder, you get a free night stay from the Accorplus every year when you are holding either one of the card.
While the American Express Platinum Card does not give you a free night stay at an Accorplus hotel, it does give you free night stay at other hotels such as Fullerton Hotel and Ritz Carlton.

Pullman Singapore Orchard Premier Room
The Pullman Singapore Orchard Hotel boasts 326 stylish and modern designed rooms and suites, providing ample accommodation options for various guests.
I choose to stay at the Premier Room (paying a very small upgrade fee) as it comes with a bath tub, a compulsory thing for my companion. Oh well..
Among the offerings, the Premier Room stands out, characterized by a tasteful blend of wood furnishings and vibrant red tones, creating an ambiance that seamlessly fuses sophistication with a hint of playfulness.
The very comfortable King Size bed really feels good and gave us a wonderful night sleep.
Within the Premier Room, guests can enjoy a comfortable 32 sqm space equipped with a smart en-suite bathroom, complimentary Wi-Fi, and entertainment options such as a 55′ Smart LED TV with international channels and access to PressReader’s extensive collection of newspapers and magazines.
The bath room is pretty nice and yes, you can see each other if you want to…. you either love it like mad or feel too shy… depending on what stage of the relationship 🙂
And I love the fact that the hotel provides a large bottle of bath salt too !
And yes, the use of exclusive C.O. Bigelow bathroom amenities at the hand wash basin

Swimming Pool at Pullman Singapore Orchard
The swimming pool at Pullman Singapore Orchard is not very big but it is very cosy. Surrounded by swimming pool cabanas, which are very comfortable and very easy to call for service.
And yes the two floats are provided by the hotel 🙂

So breakfast at the hotel is eat 2 person but pay for 1 person. Amazing right 🙂

Pretty good gym…. not too big but nice and right next to the pool.
Service at Pullman Singapore Orchard
I cannot finish this review without talking about the service at Pullman Singapore Orchard. While the hardware is pretty cool and the pool is damn neat, the service of the staff are top notch. You can really feel the WHOLE staff are going all out to make you feel welcome and comfortable. It is very clear that the hotel is keen to establish themselves not just for the location but also the kind of service they want to give.
Calls are picked up quickly. Reservations are done correctly. Orders are taken with a smile and delivered with a smile. Check in was efficient and with a great welcome. I love the Accor Key app (an iPhone app that works with the lift and the door… it works better than the card key !!).
Conclusion : Our Stay at Pullman Singapore Orchard
As a whole, we enjoyed the stay at Pullman Singapore Orchard. The service was superb. The room was great. And yes, Parking is Free too… Parking is easy and lots of space in the two basements.
And being next door to Apple Store is nice and next to Paragon is even better as you can always have food and drinks there too. But then if you are an Accorplus member, you can enjoy up to 50% dining at the hotel too !
Try it. You might enjoy the stay too !
