Got myself a GoPro Hero 7 Magic as part of 11-11 shopping. I know that there is a latest version of Hero 8 but as this is my first sports video cam, I am happy to try a cheaper version. The 11-11 shopping makes this GoPro Hero 7 Magic very worthwhile. The accessories set me back though 🙂
Tear the bottom to open it.. and pull down the box… to expose the camera….
Side view of the camera…
The accessories that came with the GoPro. Including a USB C charging cable. And two pieces of “I don’t know what they are” stuff…. help me 🙂

Hello Go Pro Baby
This photo is just a sticker..
Removing the Gopro from the “cage”. The cage is important as it allows you to use the Gopro with some of the selfie sticks and other accessories through the two clips below.
And the battery compartment with the micro SD card compartment
The side is where you charge the battery inside the GoPro.
Got a Sandisk SD card to go with it. And some cheap screen protectors.
My mess after unboxing 🙂 I am quite rough huh 🙂
Charging the GoPro for first use. The “red lights” will go away after full charged. You can also configure how many of these “red lights” you want to be seen. At least one to know it is charging 🙂
Upon linking the GoPro Hero 7 to the GoPro iPhone app, you can update the firmware.
Tata.. the Hero 7 is ready for my travel !!
Hopefully this will improve the videos I am going to show on my Youtube channel !
Of course the fun part is the ecosystem for GoPro is pretty strong so it is easy (and cheap) to buy accessories. I bought some during 11-11 shopping spree. Not sure if I will use all of them ha ha.
My current past time. Ha ha.
