Energizer Reading Light with M Edge Jacket for PRS505

As you might be aware, I am using a very affordable Energizer reading light with my PRS505 and recently I bought a M Edge Jacket for PRS505.

So how does the 2 stack up…

Not really well, unfortunately.. It does not fit into the M Edge Jacket and that’s expected as it was not designed to be so.

For the Energizer reading light, the header and the clip are too big ! 🙂

So what do I do ? Throw it away ? No Way ! If I want to carry the light, this is how I do it:

First, I put the head into the end of the spine

Then I bend the light (which is really easy as it is flexible)

Leaving the Clip at the top of the Reader

I then close the jacket with the head at the top of the reader

It is not too elegant (or classy or nice) but it works 🙂

Of course, it would be nice to have the M-edge e-Luminator Booklight for Sony PRS505 with my M Edge Executive Jacket but unfortunately, that booklight is still not available 🙂
