Recently I got the BoxWave EverTouch Capacitive Stylus for use with iPad. There are quite a few good apps in the Apple iPad store that you can use with a stylus. The one I am currently using is Penultimate (as it is pretty seamlessly linked with Evernote, my preferred Notes collection software).
Unboxing (as if there are anything to unbox. It is just a transparent box containing the stylus… :p)..
The long name in Amazon is “BoxWave EverTouch Capacitive Stylus – (Newest Technology) Touchscreen iPad 3 Stylus with Ultra Durable FiberMesh Fabric Tip for Apple iPad 3, iPad 2, iPhone 4S / 4, Amazon Kindle Fire, Nexus 7, All Touch Screen Tablets (Jet Black)” (WOWOWOWOWO)
It comes with 3 clip-on lanyard attachments: 3.5mm headphone jack attachment, 3.5mm headphone jack with an elastic coil for screen use while attached, Charm clip for attachment to key chains, charms, or bracelets. Need to decide which one to use.. I usually end up losing such stuff 🙂

The Ultra Durable FiberMesh Fabric Tip:
After using it for 15 mins, I find the tip very soft and nice. It is obviously not possible to do some really fine writing but for note taking and showing off my ugly handwriting, it is nice..
