The 8GB Apple iPod Touch (Latest Generation). Do they call it iPod Touch 4G (like iPhone 4…??)…… Anyway, that company in California cost me $$ again. Apple Fan Boy 🙁
The iPod Touch 8GB I bought:
I got it as a birthday present. There was a choice between this and the older (cheaper) generation but of a higher size (32GB). I bought this new one because … because.. oh it is the latest one.. (what a lousy reason).. You know, the latest generation with retina display, Facetime video conferencing, latest iOS (whatever reasons I can convinced myself) etc etc.
Reached home, spent a while to set it up (you cannot imagine how difficult to set up a new iPod when you have many others and you dun want the same stuff to be sych around..). In the end, created a whole new library and use the wonderful Libra iTunes software to manage the multiple libraries..
Gave it to the girl and I thought she would love the new features (that is the geek in me trying to impress a little girl)…
In the end, the happy child just went straight to iTunes store and just download all the FREE games and then play games all the time. Looks like it is going to replace her PS and her Nintendo….
And no, she was NOT playing with new features, not trying out the music… So much for buying the latest 🙂
