In my visit to Sham Shui Po 深水埗, I ate lunch there at a shop which was not my first choice… (but unfortunately, my plan was to eat at the 老友記快餐 but that was not happening because it was not opened at that time..).
I ended up at this place called 街邊檔車仔麵. Now, it is no accident either, okie. It was part of my backup plan (yes yes.. like real..). Actually the shop was shown on the TVB show Ghetto Justice 2 (怒火街頭2).
In episode 4, the amazingly beautiful lawyer Grace (Crystal Li 李雪瑩 winner of Miss Photogenic in Miss Hong Kong 2010) appeared on the serial for the first time. She (probably a lawyer used to working in areas like Central) came to 深水埗 on a taxi and immediately, she nearby got into a mess due to the rowdy environment in Sham Shui Po and here’s a screenshot from the scene:
And as she was turning and twisting (elegantly, dare I say), here’s scene that showed the shop 街邊檔車仔麵.

Order the kind of noodles you want and then the different type of food to go with it… I cannot eat beef but wish I can.. would be yummy.. I ended up with a normal safe dish 🙂
