Tin Hou temples (天后) are a common sight in Hong Kong and this trip, I went to quite a few of these temples to pray (for money, for fortune, for happiness, for children etc).
One of them is the Tin Hou temple at Stanley. It is a very nice temple and there are very pretty designs outside the temple even. Inside the temple, there is even a very old tiger skin that was last killed at the area. It was a piece of history and quite interesting to see a tiger skin (I thought it will be orange but of course, that’s silly since it is old and hence is very dark :p).
Worth a visit to do some prayers while you are at Stanley.
