TVB 2017 hit show 降魔的 has some episodes in which the lead actor, 馬國明, bring the lead actress, 黃智雯, to this restaurant where they eat a huge dish called Soufflés (梳乎里)…
The place is called 太平館餐廳 Tai Ping Koon (link).
The branch I visited is the one in Tsim Sha Tsui….
Keep your eyes up as you are walking down Granville Road… as you need to spot the huge signboard:
At worst, at the time of writing (Dec 2017), it is very near to Cotton On 🙂
Super traditional looking. When you sit in the restaurant, you really can imagine what it is like back decades and decades ago, when Hong Kong couples are dating and they came here… or their families came here… and you can almost feel the ghosts of yesterday years sitting with you…. The staff looked like they have worked here for generations 🙂
