Lee Keung Kee (利強記北角雞蛋仔) is a famous 雞蛋仔 shop in North Point. I last visited in 3 years ago and wrote a blog post on the shop.
This trip, in Jan 2020, I visited it again as I was staying at the Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour nearby.
Getting to Lee Keung Kee 利強記北角雞蛋仔 at North Point
Of course, the easiest way to get there is to take the MTR directly to North Point station, get out at the B1, B2 or B3 exits, and walk down the main road, King’s Road, to Kam Hong Street. It is at the junction of Kam Hong Street and King’s Road.
A much more fun way to North Point
The MTR is cool but if you have time to spare and want some great special way to get to North Point……
Is to take the infamous Hong Kong Ding Ding trams. We are specifically going to be taking the one going to North Point Terminus. Check the tram routes in Hong Kong Tramways.
You will then have a chance to see how a tram goes right into the heart of the market at Chun Yeung Street. Read all about it and watch the video of the tram ride through Chun Yeung Street 春秧街.
That is a more fun way of going to North Point.
Not to be missed 🙂
Three Years and What a Difference
Wow. They did a renovation and it looked so much more modern today !
Gone was the old and dark looking signboard.
What used to be just a small window in the shop, pasted all over with photos of high profile visitors are now nicely done up.
The next door’s Hong Kong style Curry fish balls 咖哩魚蛋 was also joined up with the shop to form a single bright orange looking shop.
Check out the difference from 3 years ago
The prices today
What has not changed is the very delicious 雞蛋仔 !
Which the Zeh Zeh still enjoyed as she did three years ago at the same place.
