As explained in the last blog post, the reason why we visited Graham Street was to go to a special soy sauce shop known as Kowloon Soy Co (九龍醬園). It was introduced by Mr Cai Lan in 蔡瀾品味 and is right in the middle of Graham Street. The exact address is 中環嘉咸街九號 (No: 9 Graham Street).
As you walk down Graham Street, looking at those pretty food and fruits, do look up and soon you can see the shop sign in the middle of the road.
So what so special about this shop ? Well, the most important is that it sells traditionally made sauces that are great for cooking. Since my woman is a cooking woman, she immediately wanted to visit this store when we saw it on 蔡瀾品味 programme. For me, it is the joy of visiting yet another unique Hong Kong place 🙂
