Cause of the Issue of WordPress Theme Cannot Change Logo

The reason, it turned out, was because of the LiteSpeed Cache Plugin I am using.

LiteSpeed Cache, often abbreviated as LSCache, is a caching plugin designed primarily for WordPress websites, although it also supports other content management systems like Joomla and Drupal. It is developed by LiteSpeed Technologies, the company behind the LiteSpeed Web Server. Many hosting companies use them today. My hosting company, Hostinger, uses it. I am getting very impressed with the hosting features as I started to move away from Amazon Lightsail. You can try it out with my affiliate link here.

Among other features, LSCache employs various caching strategies like page caching, object caching, and browser caching to improve website performance.

However, in this case, the plug in is the issue.
