The Boathouse Stanley Hong Kong And TVB Shows

One of the thing we did is to have coffee at the famous Boathouse restaurant at Stanley.

So many TVB serials are taken at this place. Usually at night for its romantic lighting and its view of the Stanley Bay. But also in the day time where they have coffee at the top of the cafe.

So of course when we are at Stanley, we just had to visit this place. With the help of a very kind staff, we managed to go up to the highest open air floor and took quite a few photos. So many TVB serials filming have taken place here where they have coffee and discuss their love stories. We sat there for 5 mins, pretending we are one of the TVB stars 🙂

We also managed to have coffee there during lunch. Although there was some unpleasant experience with one particular waiter, the rest of the staff were great and generally I am so glad to have the chance to sit down there and just enjoy the beautiful bay view and wonderful weather.
