Bought this Himedia Q2 Android TV box from Taobao at only RMB199. And cost me less than $10 Singapore dollars to ship to Singapore via 4P Taobao forwarding partners.
I wanted to install Togic (and whatever necessary APKs) on this box to try to play TVB channels. It is hard and not easy to find a working link. Even paid links such as Season-IP can fail too. But I really wanted a TVB Jade channel running on my home TV 🙂
The China TV channels supplied by the box itself worked well 🙂
Accessories. No batteries supplied ! 🙂
From what I know, this is running YunaOS which is a fork of the Android OS
Live TV. Lots of China Channels including HD:
Google Play app was also available and hence I could find “Hola Unblocker” to install too. This can be helpful in some apps.
Still, I care most about the TVB Channels.
