Intending to build a network at home and hence bought this Monoprice Cat6 24 Port Patch Panel. As usual, Monoprice products are cheap, affordable and very value for money.

Is your gigabit patch panel working well? Did you see the monoprice.com review about saying it doesn't fulfill the full throughput?
Hi so far it is okay for me. During installation, one of the ports is not working but I just move the cables to another and it worked. I also tested using a network tester and all 8 cores are working. However, I dun have any equipment to test the “throughput” (not sure what is needed). i did use a software to test but that's so dependent on the hard disk speed…

Any comments ? So far, all my streaming are working fine and all my file transfers are good speed (except to the damn AC Ryan which is quite slow).
To me, as long as it works 🙂
